Rates

Rates are set according to the recommended fee schedule by the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors.

Individual Counselling Sessions:

• $150 +GST per 50-minute session
• $225 +GST per 80-minute session

Report Writing:

• $150 +GST per 60 minutes 

Insurance

Many health insurance providers cover the cost of counselling sessions provided by a Registered Clinical Counsellor. Please check with your plan provider to confirm coverage, including any deductible amount, and maximum amount covered per calendar year.

Payment is due at the time of the session. You will be provided with a receipt to submit to your plan provider for reimbursement. Direct billing is currently not available.

Payment

Payment can be made by a credit card or e-transfer.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please do so as soon as possible, or at least 48 hours before the start of your session. Otherwise, the full rate of the session will apply.
